Main tasks to be carried out

• The purpose of the Contract is to provide the functions that Law 31/1995, of November 8, on Occupational Risk Prevention, Royal Decree 171/2004, Royal Decree 1627/1997, Law 32/2006, etc., assign to the promoter who contracts with third parties for the execution of works, and in particular those of coordination of business activities and coordination of safety and health respectively.
• It also includes advisory functions in relation to the measures necessary to implement the current regulations on Occupational Risk Prevention in the work carried out by the staff of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda in the Conservation and Operation of Roads, and all other services that are required regarding safety and health, as provided for in current legislation regarding the obligations and functions established for the promoter and for the safety and health coordinator.
• The scope of the Contract is that of the Conservation and Operation actions on the State Road Network in this Demarcation, as well as on the sections of said network that, being outside it, are assigned to its Conservation and Operation Areas or Services.
