Main tasks to be carried out

• Coordinate the application of the general principles of prevention and safety:
  o When making technical and organizational decisions in order to plan the different tasks or work phases that are to be carried out simultaneously or successively.
  o When estimating the duration required for the execution of these different tasks or work phases.
• Coordinate the activities on site to ensure that contractors and, where applicable, subcontractors and self-employed workers apply consistently and responsibly the principles of preventive action set out in Article 15 of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law during the execution of the work and, in particular, in the tasks or activities referred to in Article 10 of the Royal Decree.
• Report on the Health and Safety Plan for the work and its modifications, for the purpose of its regulatory approval.
• Organize the coordination of business activities, as provided for in Article 24 of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law.
• Coordinate the actions and functions of monitoring the correct application of work methods.
• Adopt the necessary measures so that only authorized persons can access the site.
• Prepare reports on the Health and Safety Plan, prepared by the contracting companies, and the corresponding processing for its regulatory approval.
• Regularly visit the sites, adopting the necessary measures to ensure compliance with the Safety Plan, or, where appropriate, detect and correct any non-compliance.
• Prepare a quarterly report on the actions carried out on the sites, analyzing the work units whose impact on safety is most significant.
